Issues with "Status"

Hello,

We are using a cPanel plugin to install SSL Certificates on all the domains on server. Since few days back, the SSL Certificate installation process goes well, but at the end it shows status message “Not Installed” and SSL Certificate don’t works on any domain.

I can’t attach a screen shot here.

I need your quick help guys and mods.

Do you own the server?

Does it look like this?

If so,

• if you own the cPanel server, please open send us (plugin developers) a technical support enquiry with logs
• otherwise, you need to talk to whoever who owns the cPanel server, as you probably can’t do it anything about it.
