Internal Error - SLL Certificate ModuleNotFoundError

OS: UGOS (Ugreen fork of Debian)
Hosting provider: Cloudflare
Domain: test.synopsia.org
Note: For the purposes of Nginx I tried both cloudflare proxy on and off to no effect.

New to this kinda work, and was setting up my DXP4800-PLUS NAS with Nginx and Cloudflare following this tutorial and noticed I got an Internal Error when attempting to generate a SSL Certificate. Checking the logs I get the results below.

Error: Command failed: . /opt/certbot/bin/activate && pip install --no-cache-dir certbot-dns-cloudflare==$(certbot --version | grep -Eo '0-9+') cloudflare && deactivate
An unexpected error occurred:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'CloudFlare'

Did you run that command yourself? Or was it run automaticaly by NPM?

If it's the latter, please report this issue with NPM directly. NPM is more or less a "black box" and there's little if not nothing we can suggest to do anything about it unfortunately. (Frankly, NPM is crap if you ask me, but I also detest Node.JS entirely, so I might be not be impartial with this regard.)

I received this message when trying to create an SSL certificate by going to Nginx --> SSL Certificates --> Add Certificate --> DNS Challenge, Cloudflare, API Key.

The log appears at the top of the SSL Certificate window. If I do the same steps but via "Add Proxy Host" like the video suggested I get the message "Internal Error" with no other description. It could be a NPM error, but I have no clue how to diagnose that and am unaware of any direct forum for NPM help and support.

Here's the "Getting support" paragraph on their site: Guide | Nginx Proxy Manager.

I know it isn't much, but we're not the NPM support channel either, sorry. If I would have any clue on how to debug this, I'd help, but I simply don't have any.

Ah I already posted there, haven't received a response yet in the past two days.

Have you tried the Reddit?

Submitted a post today on reddit at the same time I opened this discussion, though it was r/nginx not r/nginxproxymanager. As I see it though, many posts there also seem to go unanswered as well - will try it as well though. Thx for the assistance
