Certificate creation Duckdns

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: fraldom.duckdns.org

I ran this command: Using Nginx proxy manager to install certificate

It produced this output:
Error: Command failed: certbot certonly --config "/etc/letsencrypt.ini" --cert-name "npm-14" --agree-tos --authenticator webroot --email "fraldom73@gmail.com" --preferred-challenges "dns,http" --domains "fraldom.duckdns.org"
An unexpected error occurred:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'dns'

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 21.04 with Portainer

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Duckdns

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Nginx proxy manager

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

When I try to create certificate , I can reach the server ( Test Server Reachability)

Seems a problem of DNS but I don't know how to resolve... sorry I'm really new on Linux.

Tks for the help

You will need a working HTTP site before you can secure it (via HTTP authentication).

curl -Ii http://fraldom.duckdns.org
curl: (56) Recv failure: Connection reset by peer

Also, you can ignore the "dns" from the comand.
--preferred-challenges "http"
