I can’t install Let’s Encrypt Certificate

I have problems with the Let’s Encrypt SSL installation.

My domain is: tina-daily.com

I ran this command: I am using the cpanel option to install.

It produced this output: There was a problem processing your request

My web server is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: fastcomet

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): I don’t know

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Yes

checking your domain via https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=tina-daily.com#txt there is no TXT record visible.

 curitiba.porkbun.com

is one of your name servers. Is your cPanel really able to create there a TXT entry? If not, that can't work.
