Https not working after issuing a certificate

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Hello all

When I issue a new certificate my website is not running under https://klima3000.ch

https://letsdebug.net/klima3000.ch/2598 did say that everithing looks fine.

What could be the problem?

Thank you for your answer in advance!

Could you answer those questions?

Is Apache configured to use the certificate?

Is there a firewall blocking access to port 443?

Hi mnordhoff

Is Apache configured to use the certificate?
Yes

Is there a firewall blocking access to port 443?
Could it be that I have to forward that port on my router?

Maybe. Did you have to forward port 80?

http://klima3000.ch/ works.

https://klima3000.ch/ times out.

There's some configuration difference between them -- firewalls, port forwarding, maybe both.

thank you mnordhoff
will try to forward port 443

It was the port forward!
Thank you very very much mnordhoff
