How to renew certificate

Hosting provider is: Cloudways

I received email for certificate expiration notice. It will expire in March. Since the person who helped me to register the domain is no longer assisting me, how can I renew the domain easily?

Also it looks like the domain's web site is parked

And SSL Server Test: hkpnl.com (Powered by Qualys SSL Labs) shows "Issuer Encryption Everywhere DV TLS CA - G2" which to me seems even more likely at a parked location.
Here is a list of issued certificates crt.sh | hkpnl.com and only the real recent ones are from Encryption Everywhere DV TLS CA - G2 the rest from Let’s Encrypt.

I agree with Bruce: your expiring certificate is the least of your problems: your entire website is down.

First, get your website back up 'n running (note that this Community can't help you with that) and only after you get your website back up, you should concentrate on the certificate renewal. Chances are the latter will follow automatically once the former is fixed.
