Help with problem in autossl whm/cpanel

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: foodbalance.cl

I ran this command:

It produced this output: No certificate available. AutoSSL will attempt to secure the domain the next time it runs.

My web server is (include version): Cpanel

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): centos 7

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): root

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): whm 102.0.12

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): autossl

Hello, community, I would appreciate the help.

I have lets encrypt installed to generate autossl, but in this domain I have this problem that it does not generate it...

stays there refreshes and reappears without ssl

Stop doing whatever it is you're doing right now.

You have issued a lot of identical certificates and you will get ratelimited. crt.sh | foodbalance.cl

Please try and find those certificates and private keys on your filesystem.

Hi, thanks for trying to help me.

Do you know how I could remove the certificates that are expired? only leave them valid in each user?

No, I don't know how whm works.

I would advice against removing expired certificates. Autossl should do that on its own.
