autoSSL not auto renew for all user

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:
sexrose.com sureporn.com roseporn.com

I ran this command:

It produced this output:
in the server have 12 user, now only 1 user asianssex.com auto renew, another not and no error at the WHM log area.

My web server is (include version):
OVH

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
CENTOS 7.8 v88.0.6

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
OVH us

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):
yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
cPanel v88.0.6

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot):
Current Provider: Let’s Encrypt™
Provider Account ID: https://acme-v02.api.letsencrypt.org/acme/acct/86929075
This system’s next regular AutoSSL check will occur at 4:51 PM.

Hello everyone,
update now, I did nothing but just the renew is working for all the users, I don’t understand why for user sexrose did not running aotoSSL before its expair ( 19 august 2020 ).
One more thing is my cPanel license was expair before, is it possible cause the aotoSSL not running?

Thanks advance
Jun

Hi,

I think this forum’s intended purpose is to help with the issuance process and other issues related to Let’s Encrypt’s certificate or service.
AutoSSL is developed by cPanel and utilized Let’s Encrypt API to obtain a certificate. If you don’t have anything related to Let’s Encrypt, it’s better to ask the questions on cPanel forum or contact their support since they are the experts in this area.
