No Auto-renew in WHM

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: I have multiple domains - 28 and in the past they have auto-renewed but now Hostgator says I have to call them to have them update them every 3 mos. X 28?

Hi @nancyb, and welcome to the LE community forum

It sounds like you might need to switch your HSP.

Until then, there is nothing LE, nor anyone here, can do to help you out of your current situation.

Is that because of the Sectigo to Let's Encrypt change in cPanel?

We would need more info from you to say much more. Answering as much as you can from that form would be helpful. Even if you say "I dont know" tells us something.

I am using Hostgator - and have for years, as a reseller. There is no access to Let's Encrypt any longer after years of it auto-updating seamlessly. The AutoSSL option doesn't exist and they say it is a Let's Encrypt policy but I don't buy it. I am not into Apache or Linux these days but I guess with this group I will get there quickly after some reading, and I can find a way to get to it. Thank you for your response
