site got malware and after cleaning and scanning the wp admin is loading with http and frontend with https but some images are not loading correctly,
When i force to load with https via site url then there is critical error, how to fix all this.

That is an app configuration problem. Did you follow the steps in the "Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress" link? Because that is the best place to start.
If that doesn't help contact Really Simple SSL support

Yeah, I don't think this is related to Let's Encrypt at all.
