PLEASE HELP Site not working after loading Let's Encrypt

My domain is: http://hypeedu.com/

I followed these: https://onepagezen.com/free-ssl-certificates-wordpress-google-cloud-click-to-deploy/

It produced this output:Site not loading

My web server is (include version): Not 100% sure I am using wordpress on a Google Cloud server

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): Yes

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): not too sure I don’t think so.

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): Couldn’t get command to work, believe it’s the latest version.

I am pretty new and am not sure why I am getting this please help.

Are you using a bitnami image? (check with ls /opt)

If yes, revert the changes you made and use their docs:

I am not using bitnami, is there another guide to follow?

The same you followed the first time (if it worked) should be fine.

But a server not responding it’s not a certificate problem, usually.
