Free SSL Certificate

Good day
I want to create a free SSL certificate at let’s encrypt for my Synology NAS. Unfortunately I do not know where and what I have to do exactly. I can not find the manual. Can someone help me here?

Thank you very much and greetings
Roberto

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

Did you read the official Synology knowledge base about certificates? https://www.synology.com/en-global/knowledgebase/DSM/help/DSM/AdminCenter/connection_certificate

Hi

Yes I do. But I haven’t understand what I have to do and how I can create one on let’s encrypt

Best regards Roberto

That page looks like it's pretty clear--what part(s) didn't you understand? You shouldn't need to do anything directly with Let's Encrypt; the software that's already on your Synology should handle it.

Thanks, but unfortunately I do not understand what exactly I have to do with the certificate at Synology, that I can upload a valid one. It is true that you have to enter the domain where you get - but where from?

From where I can use the let’s encrypt certificate?

Thanks for the help, but unfortunately I’m not a specialist
