Fastpanel certificate error

Hello please i need help. When ever i tried to issue NORMAL ssl certificate in FASTPANEL CONTROL PANEL i got the below error from LET'S ENCRYPT. but wildcare certificate works.

I doubt you will find much help here for such a specific problem.
That is, the problem seems to be within the panel itself - not LE.
