Error while getting Plesk free ssl

I ran this command: I'm getting an error when buying free ssl from plesk.

your DNS server fails when asked AAAA (not having one is fine for LE, DNS server hang is not.

It actually looks like the com.tr nameservers are malfunctioning.

But the short of it is that your domain name needs to work in order to get a certificate, so focus on that first.
