This seems to be your answer--your DNS server(s) are very broken and not responding to queries. You'll need to raise the issue with them.

Please fix your DNSSEC issue by either fixing DNSSEC or removing the DS record from the .info zone at your DNS registar.

It gives ssl at the same nameserver address in different domain name. I am having this problem with this domain name.
