Ssl certificate issue

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:thekps.com

I ran this command: install in pelsk

It produced this output: Started issuing a wildcard SSL/TLS certificate from Let's Encrypt for the domain thekps.com.

Please wait while Plesk finishes adding a DNS record with the following parameters:
Record type: TXT
Domain name: _acme-challenge .thekps.com
Record: S1mmoMH0QfD1D-Q5t55lDOIjgzXhgzRW_XsOyfeoXm0

To terminate and delete the existing certificate request, click "Cancel".

Before clicking "Reload", make sure that the DNS record was added and can be resolved externally.

Error: when i reload........Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for thekps.com

i have try this but not get may be some thing i did not do correct

The reason I ask is because DNS propogation sometimes takes a while. So at least you should wait until you're fairly certain the DNS record is visible when checking. And even then, sometimes you might need to wait longer, as Let's Encrypt validates from multiple parts of the world and sometimes not every DNS server is updated as fast as some "local" DNS servers.

can you tell me i need some change on vultr dns.( i vultr hosting)

In another window, you can check it with:

nslookup -q=txt _acme-challenge.thekps.com ns1.vultr.com
nslookup -q=txt _acme-challenge.thekps.com ns2.vultr.com

in vultr or in Plesk

In neither; It is a test to confirm the TXT record has been created and synchronized.

Or if you ask where to create the TXT record? Vultr DNS.
