Error when trying to renew a certificate

My domain is: meupassaporte.live

I ran this command:
sudo /opt/bitnami/letsencrypt/lego --tls --email=“carolinazanre@meupassaporte.live” --domains=“meupassaporte.live” --path="/opt/bitnami/letsencrypt" renew --days 90

It produced this output:

I don’t use lego. But is there already an account with that mail address?

Or is this a new address?

Sounds like you have first to create an account with a mail address, then you can use this mail address to identify the account.
