Hi, we bought a dedicated server but we can’t install an ssl certificate to get https. Here’s what we do

plesk:
add domain (sitowebtest123.com)
check Protect the domain with Let’s Encrypt

Information: The domain website domain123.com has been successfully created.

Next, I click on “add Let’s Encrypt certificate”.

Errore: Impossibile generare un certificato SSL/TLS Let’s Encrypt per sitowebtest123.com . Autorizzazione per il dominio non riuscita.

that domain isn't registered ( https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=sitowebtest123.com ):

www.sitowebtest123.com Name Error yes 1 0

You must have an own, registered domain with an A- or AAAA-record

Yourdomainname -> your ipv4- or ipv6 - address.

You can't create a public trusted certificate with such a "test name".
