Hi @miche11e
that's simple. You use cPanel, cPanel creates a certificate with a mail subdomain.
But checking that subdomain - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=mail.ranchmarketcleaners.com
Host | T | IP-Address | is auth. | ∑ Queries | ∑ Timeout |
---|---|---|---|---|---|
mail.ranchmarketcleaners.com | Name Error | yes | 1 | 0 | |
www.mail.ranchmarketcleaners.com | Name Error | yes | 1 | 0 |
There is nothing defined, so Letsencrypt can't check the validation file.
So you have two options:
- Check your cPanel, there you have an option to uncheck the mail subdomain (or)
- if possible and if you want / need such a mail subdomain, add a mail subdomain in your DNS setup, so
mail.ranchmarketcleaners.com
has the same ip address (same A-record) as your main domainranchmarketcleaners.com
. Then recheck your domain, there should be the A-record visible. Then try to create a certificate.
