Error in update ssl lets encrypt in cpanel

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

Welcome @dmdq

Did you mean LiteSpeed? Because that is the kind of server responding to your domain

Request to: givingisamazing.com/2a02:4780:3:c154::73, Result: [Address=2a02:4780:3:c154::73,Address Type=IPv6,Server=LiteSpeed
Request to: givingisamazing.com/217.21.73.57, Result: [Address=217.21.73.57,Address Type=IPv4,Server=LiteSpeed

This seems like it might be better directed to your hosting service. They would know best how the cPanel system on their service is configured.

But, it's possible we can talk you through the needed config too. Probably not me as I am signing off for night but maybe someone :slight_smile:
