Error generating certificate

My domain is:cardel.tracevia.com

I ran this command:certbot certonly --manual --preferred-challenges dns -d cardel.tracevia.com

It produced this output:An unexpected error occurred:
Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours: cardel.tracevia.com, retry after 2023-12-14T20:48:36Z: see Duplicate Certificate Limit - Let's Encrypt

My web server is Tom Cat

The operating system my web server runs on is :Windows
The problem is that yesterday it was saying that the deadline to generate a new certificate would be today, but when trying today after the specified time, it gave the error above and increased the time again.
Can you help me please?

Do you have any information on how this happened?

You need to make sure it doesn't happen again, or you'll hit this error again.

You did get a cert from Let's Encrypt just a couple hours ago. And quite a few from LE and ZeroSSL in the past week. Maybe explain more about the problem you have because it is not related to getting certs.
