You have created more than 5 certificates within the last week - just like the message says. The reason for this limit is explained in the link in the message about Rate Limits. You cannot create more with those names for another 5-6 days. See crt.sh

Your best option is to use one of the certificates you already created. If you are testing start using the test system which has more generous limits. You did not describe the acme client you are using so I cannot describe how to use its test system. But, you can refer to those docs.
