we use letsencrypt since 2018 for our mail server but this time,
we can't renew our certificat and get this message :
An unexpected error occurred:
There were too many requests of a given type :: Error creating new order :: too many certificates (5) already issued for this exact set of domains in the last 168 hours:.....
how to resolve this problem?

Given the information you have supplied so far I suggest look at Email feedback: TLS 1.0/1.1 deprecation and SHA-1 deprecation

the requests fail to create any valide certificat.
That is not correct @bendida. You have been issued certs. It is most likely your mail server is just not using them. The error message links to the page below which explains more.
If you complete the form shown by bruce5051 as best you can we can give better advice.
