I think you misunderstand the purpose of this forum.
It might be better to go to a dentist when your tooth hurts than a barber (no matter how good that barber might be).
We are not well equipped to handle every type of problem on every type of OS and web service.
Simply because it uses an LE cert doesn't mean the LE forum has the expert master of your system.
I'm glad to help you, and thank you for the thanks; But I would have to create a CentOS7 VM and install Apache on it just to give you the defaults (which you should have backed up before making any changes).
To top that off, it is 3am here and I'm doing this as a volunteer (unpaid professional).
So forgive me for not being able to complete the task but I'm not a dentist... just a really good barber - LOL
