it is centos 7 server and I checked httpd.conf and ssl.conf all seems to be correct as it was working fine

I am not sure how this relates to Lets Encrypt certificates. Looking at your history on crt.sh shows you have only used Sectigo or cPanel certificates
This forum is to help people obtain and use certificates from Lets Encrypt. You would be best served by asking for help on general server admin sites or perhaps a Sectigo forum.
Because there is no SSL enabled on that port (443).
