Domain's SSL Certificate Expiry Date Approaching

My domain is: https://grabhosts.net

I recently got issues with my Let's Encrypt FREE SSL Certificate due to using a CDN's SSL Certificate. However, now I have removed everything, and my site is totally dependent on my Web Host only.

Now since my SSL is issued by Let's Encrypt and the expiry date is coming nearer. What should I do to renew it? Do I need to email my Web Host regarding it or what should be the procedure?

Thanks
Stephen
