@Reneb I moved your post to its own thread. We like each problem to be its own so we can give better advice for your situation.

Had you posted in Help section first you would have been shown the form below. Please answer as much as you can so we can help you better. I answered two of them with info from your first post. Thanks

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: chiropractiesalland.nl

I ran this command:

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):
web68.sohosted.com 4.18.0-553.109.1.lve.el8.x86_64 #1
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: yourhosting
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): no
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): Plesk
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): can not find the version

You didn't provide that info so I guess you requested this from the Plesk panel. Is that right?

If so, you would be better off asking your hosting service about that. They know how the Plesk setup should work for your configuration.

If you did run some command please let us know what that was.

Everything is working now they replaced the site to other server and forgot something to do. Check if site was working.
