Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate (PLESK)

My domain is: tanerapaydin.com
I am trying to Install free basic certificate from Plesk panel.
After clicking Install i choose "Secure the wildcard domain (including www and webmail)"

I added this to my DNS (My DNS Server is Yandex Connect)

Record type: TXT
Domain name: _acme-challenge .tanerapaydin.com
Record: gPai_jKvTZjDNnIsU6jr3MQTyVBgc_hE-zeLiZraTBk

TTL: 21600 (Yandex DNS required field)

After clicking Reload, i get this error:

Could not issue an SSL/TLS certificate for tanerapaydin.com

Could not issue a Let's Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for tanerapaydin.com . Authorization for the domain failed.

But i can see new txt record at Yandex Connect DNS management page.

It needs to be seen by the Internet.
