Difference between 'Let's Encrypt SSL' and 'Google Trust Services' SSL

I have moved my domains to Cloudflare. For all domains except one, Cloudflare is using 'Lets Encrypt' SSL. I know it is free.

For one domain, they are using SSL from 'Google Trust Services'. Is it free? I haven't heard about it.

Cloudflare uses several CAs. Google operates another CA which is compatible with the same API (ACME) as Let’s Encrypt. It is also free.

Cloudflare also uses other CAs which aren’t free for Cloudflare, but they pay the costs and don’t charge their users (outside of whatever paid services you get from them)
