Create SSL for my main domain, sub domain and mapped domain

Can you please do help me and i have more websites combination of main domain, sub domain and mapped domain web sites so i have to create the SSL certificate automatically for all those website using letsencrypt. It is possible to create a free SSL for my main domain, sub domain and mapped domain websites automatically

Please do guide me and give a sample integration link, how to integrate the letsencrypt in my windows server.

For example

My main and subdomain both are in the same server
Main Domain => https://example.com
Sub domain => https://test.example.com/

When i point out the subdomain https://test.example.com/ in to another server like (https://test.com/) in that case also SSL should work

So i have to create SSL for all the cases so please help me

Please help me i have a bit confusion if i used the following https://github.com/do-know/Crypt-LE to create SSL certificate for all my main, subdomain and mapping domain also or i have to install the following https://github.com/do-know/Crypt-LE in the mapping domain seperately?

Thanks for your supports and the details you provided and i can install SSL using “letsencrypt” but my concern i can able to install SSL from my main domain and subdomain automatically by using “wildcard ssl” but if i mapped any subdomain with another server how to i add SSL autoatically to the mapped domain? can i have example link or anything else please help me in this situation
