how do i fix that?

No idea, as you've given us zero information to work with--those prompts you got when you started this topic were intended to be questions that you'd answer. Whatever you did to get the cert in the first place, do it again.

Welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community, Chelsea :slightly_smiling_face:

Once you determine and mention how you first acquired your certificate, we can help you further should you run into trouble.

I'm not even sure if @Chelsea1 is the system operator of the aformentioned website or just a user of the website running into the error when trying to visit the site? Could you please elaborate @Chelsea1 ?
