Certificate problem

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

I'm not seeing that here:

But if you're having problems with your hosted website, you need to be asking your host, not here.

Welcome to the Let's Encrypt Community :slightly_smiling_face:

I just checked your website with several tools and did not find any issues regarding the operation of your https. Did you forget to clear your browser cache after any changes that you made?

Maybe the HELP questions should include: Also provide a not-so-brief description of the problem.
[The brief two-word title leaves too much to the imagination ("Certificate problem")]

A post was split to a new topic: Should the Help template invite a free-form description of the user's problem?
