Is there a way to install a free ssl certificate with let’s encrypt on IPage? I have looked everywhere but I can’t find one.

It looks like iPage requires you to purchase a certificate through them if you want a certificate for your domain. (see http://www.ipage.com/knowledgebase/beta/article.bml?ArticleID=1875)
