An one know about the how we use let’s encrypt in ipage
iPage sells Comodo certificates. As far as I can see, there’s no way to install a custom SSL certificate on their shared hosting plans. That would be “bad business” for them, so don’t count on them to ever implement it.
You should switch hosting provider if you want a Let’s Encrypt certificate. And let iPage know why you changed provider of course
