Certificate renewal

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

There’s a cPanel install somewhere consistently renewing certificates:

That may have something to do with another website I run, but they are not linked. I recently transfer my domain back from Search It Online to wix now this.

In this case, you or the person responsible may have done the transfer incorrectly or at least incompletely (perhaps the old server is still renewing the certificate, and perhaps that also means that the new server lacks some DNS settings or some credentials that it should have). If you can ask Wix support to look into it, they may be able to tell you if some step that was required for the domain transfer was not yet completed. Sometimes it can require changing more than one thing.

Thank you so much. Have finally been able to get WIX on it - so hopefully all should be sorted soon.
