Certificate Renewal

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: www.sigmaenterprisesltd.com

I ran this command:

It produced this output:

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Amazon

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): I don’t know

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot): not sure

Can anyone help in providing a way to renew certificate . I don’t have much time and the email said there may be errors on site if I don’t renew soon.

It was a long time since I registered certificate

Welcome @SigmaEnterprise

You got a fresh cert yesterday (link here). Your server is using that so I don't see that you need to do anything.

Let's Encrypt sends reminder emails about possible cert expiration starting 20 days before expiration. It looks like you had not yet renewed before that so you got this warning email.

You should check the schedule for your ACME client so it renews the recommended 30 days before expiry. Or, just remember you will see an email like this with your current schedule.

See below for more details of this email
