Certificate not valid after renewal

Good day Guys, I have a scenario on my Windows Server 2012 R2 where the Let’s Encrypt certificate now show as invalid after auto renewal on all sites. The certificate is for 64 domains on a webserver. When you want to visit any of these website I get this error
This server couldn’t prove that it’s www.swakop.com ; its security certificate does not specify Subject Alternative Names. This may be caused by a misconfiguration or an attacker intercepting your connection.
I checked the certificate with the https binding in IIS and it does point to the correct certificate,

I have use win-Acme to generate the certificate and although it seemed that autorenewal was not active, the certificate was renewed automatically because if I view it in IIS it show valid from 2020/06/3 till 2020/9/1

I am new to this, and would appreciate some guidance or help please

Hi, I found the problem, the default website https binding was set to “all assigned”, added another specifiying the server ip, and all back to normal.
