i recieved an email to renew the certificiate it but i have no idea how to do that , i appreciate your help

Do you use a hosting service? Maybe they get the cert for you and something has gone wrong. You could ask them.

I see from the public logs you have been getting a cert since early 2022. Although there are some gaps in the history where there was no valid cert.

You get a Let's Encrypt cert using software called an ACME Client. There are a wide variety of these and someone must have chosen one and set it up to get the cert.

We need much more info from you to give specific advice. The more you can answer the questions on the form you were shown the better.
