Unable to apply settings. Please try again. (Ref. 5401)

Hello I'm from UK and I am using Asustor AS5404T and sorry I'm not knowledgeable that much with NAS's but I made a certificate couples months ago and a couple days ago I couldn't get in using my domain, I found out that my certificate is ending soon and I wanted to update it but I couldn't then I just delete it the certificate and try to make a new one but now I'm getting this error "Unable to apply settings. Please try again. (Ref. 5401)" I tried to use a different name for domain that didn't work, I think that is something to do with my router because now when I want to get into my router I have to secure HTTPS connection. But I'm not sure if someone can help me I'd be much appreciated

My domain is:
naswoo (myasustor.com)
I ran this command:
Making a certificate
It produced this output:
Unable to apply settings. Please try again. (Ref. 5401)
My web server is (include version):
5.0.1.RKD2
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
EE
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):
Yes
I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
No
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

That is not an error from Let's Encrypt. It is from your NAS. You should post this problem at the community or support forum for that.

You should look at your router or other communications setup too. Your domain naswoo.myasustor.com cannot be reached using HTTP or HTTPS. And not with your IPv4 address or your IPv6 one. This is not related to your cert it is a general comms problem.

These are all things better asked at Asus community.
