Getting the following error when I try to renew SSL certificate on mhlestateagents.co.uk

Error: Could not issue a Let’s Encrypt SSL/TLS certificate for mhlestateagents.co.uk.

The authorization token is not available at http://www.mhlestateagents.co.uk/.well-known/acme-challenge/ZEK27LOhBUI3NaPlDQ-Mx52kPNsBbJrzmA5LH5qS6dc.
To resolve the issue, make it is possible to download the token file via the above URL.
See the related Knowledge Base article for details.

Could anyone provide any insight?

Try placing a test.txt file with minimal content at: http://mhlestateagents.co.uk/.well-known/acme-challenge/test.txt

My web server is (include version):

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know):

I can see that you have issued a certificate in the past and that it needs renewing

Without the right information it’s hard to advice of the next steps
