Allow users to select dark mode theme

It would be great if users of this forum could select a dark theme. (cf https://meta.discourse.org/t/allow-users-to-select-dark-light-theme/60857)

(it could be awesome if it was automatically selected depending of the users browser settings, but the only available solution is experimental: https://meta.discourse.org/t/dark-mode-theme-switch-for-safari-on-macos-and-ios-13/112071 )

About the advantage of a dark-mode:

But dark mode should not be the only option, the current light theme is mandatory for accessibility reason:

@jsha do you have an opinion about it? (as it seams you have both the skills and the access to do it!)

I think dark mode support would be great! It looks like it’s a bit of work, so it may take me a little while to get to it, but I’ll give it a shot.

Now available in "Preference" > "Interface" > "Theme" : "Vincent"
