Accidentally deleted a new Let's encrypt SSL certificate because the previous one expired

What are the options for using a Let's encrypt SSL certificate other than waiting 30+ days for a reissue?

Generally you can just request a new certificate, you don't have to wait for the normal renewal.

Thanks for your answer, however the hosting I use, which allows the use of Let's encrypt, informs me that re-renewal is only possible after 30+ days.

I see, you should contact your host for more information. Normally people are administrator for their own servers and they control the certificate renewals themselves, if someone else controls that then yes you will have to contact them.
