Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Linode (Akamai Technologies)
I write as a global representative for digital comms. for ISABEL, a canned fish brand, by Bolton Food.
Due to recent changes in our LATAM team, a lot of the information regarding the management of the local colombian website (www.isabelcolombia.com.co) has been lost. This has only been noticed now that an update process for the site is to begin.
A google search indicated Letsencrypt to be the SSL certificate provider. I request help regaining access to the client console, and will provide any info needed to certify the authenticity of this request.
There is no client console for Let's Encrypt. Certificates from LE are obtained by software that runs automatically, ordinarily on your web server. If your hosting hasn't changed, it's unlikely that anything has happened to that process. If you're setting up a new website, your website developers will need to ensure that it's set up to manage your certificates. But again, there's no web-based (or other) console into which you can log in to do this.
If you're asking instead about a client console for your website itself, as the others above me have said, Let's Encrypt has nothing at all to do with that. I'd recommend you instead contact the web hosting company that's handling that site.
