Ability to silence email notifications for a particular cert

@jsha Has there been any forward movement on having the ability to silence notifications on a per-certificate basis?

No progress, sorry! If you’re interested in working on it, I’d be happy to collaborate on what we’d like in this area. Otherwise my recommendation would be to set up a filter for the ones you don’t want, or wait then out (there are three per certificate).

Oh, also, we don’t warn about revoked certificates, so revoking the ones you don’t want to hear about should also work.
