Hi,
What program are you used to request an certificate?
What’s the web server software? (Version)
Thank you
Hi @manish.katoch9
if you use a windows hosting: You have to allow files without an extension, because Letsencrypt wants such a file.
Create the directory
/.well-known/acme-challenge/
and put a file with a name like 123456789 (no extension, content "test" or something else).
Test, if you can load
http://www.supremetechnologiesindia.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/123456789
in your browser.
If this doesn't work: An older post with the configuration:
Hello stevenzhu,
I am using zerossl for requesting the certificate.
Web server is windows hosting, I am not sure about the version.
I will try to check
Many thanks for the reply!
Hello JuergenAuer,

Thanks a lot!
Good day!
Hello,
But for some reason google chrome still says that the connection is not secure.

Can you assist please?
Thanks!
Now this isn't a problem of your certificate, this is correct.
When changing a website to https, you have to fix such mixed content warnings. Your page loads content per http, not per https.
Use FireFox or Chrome, then CTRL + Shift + I, then open the console. There you see the wrong http - links.

Hello JuergenAuer,

I will check now.
