Unsecured Web Site

Hi Guys,

How can I secure my padlock on my web site’s home page. It reports as being secure when you add an item and go into the cart.

Thanks

Nick

We're going to need more information to help you. Specifically, that set of questions you were presented with when you made this post are a good start. The simple answer is to enable SSL with a valid certificate for the homepage, but since you're here, I'm assuming you're unsure of how to do that. Please fill out as much of the below questionnaire as you can, including how you obtained your certificate in the first place for the "I ran this command" question.

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is:

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version):

My hosting provider, if applicable, is:

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know):

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
