Unable to renew my certificate showing timeout during connect

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: netjunglemedia.com

I ran this command: [http-01] Save verification files on (network) path

It produced this output: Fetching **http://netjunglemedia.com/.well-known/acme-challenge/LfbxKICA9NQfACbDimFEjdrP0ni4Ow7-YfZegTohvSo**: Timeout during connect (likely firewall problem)

BUT IF I COPY PASTE THE ABOVE URL IN BROWSER ITS WORKING FINE

My web server is (include version): linux

The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): linux

My hosting provider, if applicable, is: Godaddy

I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don't know): Yes

I'm using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel): 78.0 (build 38)

The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you're using Certbot):

tell us about your firewall.

if I try that url I timeout just like the verification servers.

what acme client are you using?

Hi @kumarparteek19

checking your domain there is no answer - https://check-your-website.server-daten.de/?q=netjunglemedia.com%2F.well-known%2Facme-challenge%2FLfbxKICA9NQfACbDimFEjdrP0ni4Ow7-YfZegTohvSo

http works, but there is a redirect http -> https. Https has a timeout:

So if you use an online client that can't work.
