Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. https://crt.sh/?q=example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.
My domain is: fincorp.com.pg
I ran this command: Nil
It produced this output: Nil
My web server is (include version): Apache
The operating system my web server runs on is (include version): Ubuntu 18.84
My hosting provider, if applicable, is:
I can login to a root shell on my machine (yes or no, or I don’t know): no
I’m using a control panel to manage my site (no, or provide the name and version of the control panel):
plesk oynx
The version of my client is (e.g. output of certbot --version or certbot-auto --version if you’re using Certbot): nil
My host provider enable the option of install Let’s Encrypt Certficate via my Plesk Oynx Dashboard. My LE Certficate expired on Sunday. I tried renewing the Certificate by going to Website & Domain > fincorp.com.pg > Let’s Encrypt > renew
I see that now…an error message popped up informing me about that. I read about on this forum and see that I would require a server restart, however, I am not able to do becuase of restrictions set by my service provider.
I would have to get in contact with my service provider to restart the server and remove the duplicate certifcates?
Correction, the server is an nginx server not apache server.
The certificate expired on Sunday. In my country we had a public holiday on Monday (yesterday) so I was not able to check the status of the SSL Certificate.
