Too many attempts?

Please fill out the fields below so we can help you better. Note: you must provide your domain name to get help. Domain names for issued certificates are all made public in Certificate Transparency logs (e.g. crt.sh | example.com), so withholding your domain name here does not increase secrecy, but only makes it harder for us to provide help.

My domain is: server.t-ski.com

Hello @Trev,

Just wait for 168 hours (that is one week).
And the exact time that is list show in your screen capture.

See Rate Limits - Let's Encrypt and Failed Validation Limit - Let's Encrypt and Duplicate Certificate Limit - Let's Encrypt

Edit:
You do have another option use one of the already issued certificates.
Here is a list of issued certificates crt.sh | server.t-ski.com

Testing and debugging are best done using the Staging Environment.

And to assist with debugging there is a great place to start is Let's Debug.

As Bruce notes you are getting a cert almost every day since Aug9 (and 5 certs on Aug9 alone). Your problem is that your server is not using these newer certs. Instead it is using some default Plesk certificate.

You need to talk with your hosting provider to fix your Plesk configuration. If they did not provide that then contact the people that did.

oh, ok. I installed it myself inside Plesk. I'm not too expert. I would just reissue it when it tells me too.
I'll look into Bruce's list and try to see if I can figure out how to use a newer one. I can wait a week also. it says it expires in 16 days. but I'm guessing that if there are newer certs that I didn't create, Plesk is trying to add them automatically? so, in a week, it'll be the same situation, I guess? is there a way to pause it from trying to automatically renew?

Thanks!

That is a great question to ask on a plesk support forum
