Unable to renew certificate

Hi there!

I've received Let's Encrypt certificate expiration notice for the following three domains:

remote5.ckdu.ca
archive1.ckdu.ca
listen.ckdu.ca

Our tech director quit a month ago, and I've tried to login and renew these certificates, but none of the emails we use are on file as usernames. Are you able to assist me with logging in to our account/restoring these certificates?

I don't understand. How do "emails" and "usernames" relate to renewing your certificates?

There is no logging in required to obtain a cert from LE.
You might be confusing the required access to your systems (that use LE certs).
